Complimentary cleaning
We provide complimentary cleaning services for jewellery purchased at Thomas Meihofer for the lifetime of the piece. We recommend that you visit us on a regular basis to clean your jewellery. It only takes a few minutes and the result will be remarkable.
For pieces not purchased from us, we offer professional cleaning at a nominal fee.

Bring your piece to the studio. We will examine it under magnification, identify any issues, and discuss your priorities.
Quote
We provide a fixed quote before any work begins. No surprises.
Craft
Our jewellers carry out the repair or restoration in our on-site workshop. Complex restoration may involve hand-sketched design proposals.
Return
Your piece is returned cleaned, polished, and ready to wear. Restoration work includes a condition report and care advice.
